Description

NA ALUMSEAL 201 Plus is a highly effective one-step immersion sealing liquid compound specially designed for organic dyed anodic coatings. Its powerful sealing ability provides improved corrosion and abrasion resistance. It also stops leaching of the dye from the dyed coatings immediately. This permits good performance of color control on productions, thus reducing reruns and increasing work loads, and prolongs tank life as well.

NA ALUMSEAL 201 Plus can be used to seal any anodic coatings and does not after the exterior appearance, either by coloring or smut deposition. It meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of the Aluminum Association Standards for Anodized Architectural Aluminum, as well as military specifications.

Operation

• Concentration: 2.0 - 4.0 % by volume

• Temperature: 175° -185°F

• Immersion Time: 7 - 12 minutes

• pH: 5.5-6.5
