Converter is a non-toxic liquid solution that
makes lead-contaminated materials safe for handling
and disposal. For paint that is to be left in place,
Frelo Heavy Metal Converter penetrates the paint and
encapsulates the lead. If paint is particularly
thick, two coats may be required.

Converter uses silicates to tie up heavy metals.
This is an inexpensive way to enhance the
performance of many processes. Soluble silica reacts
with all multivalent cationic metal ions to form the
corresponding insoluble metal silicate.

Converter can be applied by a hand sprayer or
power sprayer, inside and outside the workplace and
uses all environmentally friendly formulations. It
is non-toxic and will not harm the atmosphere.
