Description

The BioClean cleaning and degreasing process by BioClean USA uses naturally occurring bacteria to break down oil and greases into carbon dioxide and water. Cleaners never require dumping or rebuilding. A single BioClean Module can handle a multitude of different cleaning operations. Used in Europe for several years, the process does not use toxic chemicals, produces no hazardous waste, and is environmentally safe.

The BioClean Cleaner lifts off the oil from the parts and emulsify it. Oil-eating microorganisms then consume and reduce the oil to carbon dioxide. No hazardous chemical disposal is required by the BioClean's closed system. Near neutral pH and low temperature (105°-125°F) ensures cleaning of all materials without etching. BioClean never needs dumping and only produces a minute amount of non-hazardous waste.

BioClean Cleaning Modules

Bioclean USA has developed two sizes of rugged, proven control units:

• Module I for larger degreasing bath volumes
• Module II for smaller degreasing bath volumes.

The control unit plays an important role in the BioClean Degreasing System by maintaining the environment for the microbes. The microbes keep the bath clean, which is the biggest difference between the BioClean degreasing system and ordinary cleaning chemicals.

BioClean has a special, very efficient cleaning chemical (BioClean 20/100) that works together with the microbes for a winning, cost-effective solution for your waste control needs.
