BioClean
USA Cleaner Degreaser is the most powerful,
environmentally safe cleaning alternative to
solvents. BioClean employs a water
based degreasing/cleaning system that does not require
line maintenance shutdown, periodic dumping or solvent
replenishment. The system is ideally suited for parts
cleaning prior to plating, painting, powder coating or
hot-dipping. The process employs micro organisms that
consume oils and fat substances present on parts. A
low-alkali bath containing nonylphenol free tensides is
used to lift off oils from part surfaces, emulsify and
break them down to micro particulates. The particles are
then digested by micro-organisms present in the bath.

Aluminescent
Trivalent Chromate for
Aluminum is
a powdered
conversion coating, applied by dip, spray, brush or
swab. It provides excellent corrosion protection with a
clear, slightly iridescent film and low electrical
resistance. It is suitable for both wrought and cast aluminum
alloys as bare and clad. Meets European RoHS and ELV as
well as Mil-C-5541 Type II, Class 1A and 3.

Aurous 19 by U.S. Specialty
Color Corporation forms a protective conversion coating on aluminum
surfaces to minimize corrosion and to provide an improved
bond for painting. Aurous 19 is QPL approved and listed,
qualified
under Mil-C-81706, and conforms to Mil-C-5541.

Electropolish is a cost-saving, organic additive for
phosphoric acid based electropolish systems. Electropolish both aluminum
and stainless steel. Additive only, no acid.

EnSolv-5408 by Enviro Tech
International is the ONLY
Boeing approved n-Propyl Bromide based vapor degreasing
solvent for aerospace applications. Finally a
safe and effective alternative is available to replace
trichloroethylene and perchloro-ethylene for those
required to meet the uncompromising standards of
Boeing’s BAC 5408 Vapor Degreasing Specification.
EnSolv-5408 cleans equal to or better than TCE and PERC,
but is non-chlorinated, non-hazardous, non-carcinogenic,
environmentally friendlier and proven to be safe on
titanium. EnSolv-5408 has been approved by Boeing
Aircraft under BAC 5408 via PSD 6-59, listed on the QPL
of BMS 11-11.

SafeGard CC-7000 by
Sanchem Inc. is a chrome-free, high-performance
cold applied pretreatment
for aluminum. This is a fast acting, cold
applied pretreatment that will turn aluminum to an
identifiable, protective, golden color after just a few
seconds of application. Converts the aluminum surface
uniformly, providing corrosion resistance and paint
adhesion performance similar to chromates. These
inorganic products are environmentally safe,
electrically conductive, heat stable and will not
discolor white powder coatings. SafeGard CC-7000 is
easily applied by brush, dip or spray. Is easily
disposable because it doesn't contain any chromates, iron,
zinc, cyanide, hydrofluoric acid or polymers. Therefore,
it requires little or no treatment prior to discharge.

RWC Water Conditioner saves
money by eliminating the need for DI water. With
this conditioner product added to tap water at low
concentrations, the rinse is water break free, leaving
no spots or stains.

Q.C.S. Zincate LNC Liquid
is a non-cyanide zincate for aluminum and aluminum alloys.
It is specially developed to be used in a plating line
for the surface preparation of aluminum and its alloys
prior to copper plating in a non-cyanide alkaline
system. Chemically deposits, through immersion plating,
a fine-grained and adherent zinc coating on the aluminum
surface making it readily plateable with an alkaline
copper or electroless nickel, etc.
